The Guitar Show confirms its venue at BolognaFiere and continues to grow: the 2026 edition will expand to three days, scheduled for May 15, 16 and 17.

LARGE-SCALE MARKET EXHIBITION OPEN TO INDUSTRY, DISTRIBUTION, ARTISANS, MAKERS, MODDERS, STORES, PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS, AND COLLECTORS, DEDICATED TO THE WORLD OF GUITARS, BASSES, AMPLIFICATION, AND EFFECTS.

The Guitar Show will take place in Halls 31, 32 and 33 of BolognaFiere, a prestigious and strategically located venue, easily accessible from all over Italy and Europe.
This major music fair, scheduled for May 15, 16 and 17, 2026, will offer enthusiasts and industry professionals an event designed to be even broader, more representative, and more engaging.

An additional day has been added to foster professional networking among exhibitors, buyers, distributors, and retailers, with dedicated meetings, insights, and new opportunities for commercial interaction.

Following the first edition held in Bologna, new and stricter acoustic emission regulations will be introduced, along with improvements in public parking management—two areas that showed critical issues in the most recent edition.

Once again in 2026, the Guitar Show will be held in conjunction with Eufonica, the fair dedicated to the act of “Making Music,” bringing together music schools, institutions, industry associations, record labels, and much more: a unique opportunity to experience music at every level, from amateur to professional.

A unique event
The large-scale European Guitar Show

A really exciting appointment for guitar fans. Hundreds of exhibitors, thousands of instruments on show, all to see and try. And in addition, 80+ onstage events, demonstrations, concerts, and major artists.

Bologna UNESCO City of Music
A city with a deep-rooted artistic and musical tradition.

In 2006, Bologna was declared a UNESCO Creative City of Music, a prestigious recognition that celebrates its rich musical heritage and vibrant contemporary scene.

A Major New Feature in 2026
Three days of fair, more space for music.

The expansion to three days marks the beginning of a path aimed at fostering professional networking among exhibitors, buyers, distributors, and retailers, through meetings, in-depth discussions, and commercial exchange.
This decision also stems from the feedback received from both Italian and international industry professionals, with the goal of making participation in the Guitar Show increasingly effective and aligned with the sector’s evolving needs.
