Information for Exhibitors 2025

Bologna, May 10-11 2025

The Guitar Show 2025 will be held in a new and prestigious location: halls 31, 32, and 33 of BolognaFiere in Bologna, Italy! The event, scheduled for May 10-11, 2025, will offer enthusiasts and industry professionals an experience designed to be even bigger and more representative.

This new venue is more centrally located within Italy and features excellent characteristics to attract even more interest and participation from both local and international audiences and professionals. Furthermore, starting from the next edition, the Guitar Show will run concurrently with Eufonica 2025, a comprehensive fair dedicated to “Making Music.” This event brings together music schools, institutions, trade associations, record labels, and everything related to music-making at all levels, from amateurs to professionals. EXHIBITION SOLUTIONS
Exhibition solutions are available starting from the classic table, pre-set booths, or custom options based on the requested space.

INSTRUMENT TESTING BY THE PUBLIC
Electrified instrument tests by the public are only allowed in the QUIET and PLAY areas.

Specific volume rules:

PLAY AREA – Pavilion 31 – We give priority to the world of amplification and effects, allowing higher volumes, though with control measures.
QUIET AREA – Pavilion 32 – Focused on luthiery, with particularly controlled volumes.
SILENT AREA – Pavilion 33 – No amplified or electrified tests are allowed. There will be soundproof testing areas and booths.

ARTIST PERFORMANCES AT THE STAND
Artist performances at the stand are only allowed with headphones in the Play and Quiet areas, and in some cases in the Silent area. Upon request, Guitar Show provides a system of 25 wireless headphones that can be rented along with the chosen exhibition spaces. Any performance at the stand must be agreed upon with the organizers.

The general rules for hosting performances at the stand are as follows:

A minimum exhibition space of 16sqm is required;
A headphone listening system must be available for the public (if needed, the 25 wireless headphone system provided by the organizers can be rented at a cost of €349 + VAT);
The use of audio diffusion systems is prohibited;
The use of acoustic percussion instruments is prohibited (electronic drums and cajons are allowed);

Performances in Standard and Plus solutions are always prohibited.

BRANDS DISTRIBUTED, REPRESENTED, AND/OR HOSTED TO BE LISTED IN THE CATALOG

Craftsmen, producers, and general exhibitors:
Each exhibition space, regardless of size, is listed in the catalog with only the exhibitor’s name and a maximum of one additional brand owned by the company holding the exhibition space, as indicated in the “public information” section of the participation form. Additional brands can be listed in the catalog at a cost of €299 + VAT.

Shops:
In addition to their own name, shops can list a maximum of 2 brands for every 16 sqm of exhibition space. Any additional brands can be listed at a cost of €299 + VAT.

Musical instrument distributors:
Distributors can list up to 4 brands for every 16 sqm of exhibition space. Any additional brands can be listed at a cost of €299 + VAT.
