From May 15 to 17, 2026, Algam Eko will be among the key players at the Guitar Show in Bologna, with a structured presence across two distinct areas designed to offer a direct and coherent experience aligned with different ways of engaging with the instrument. On one side, a controlled and immersive listening environment for acoustic guitars; on the other, the energy and variety of the electric and electronic world.
In Hall 33, within the Silent area, visitors will be able to try acoustic instruments inside a soundproof room developed in collaboration with Boxinsonorizzato. In Hall 31, the Quiet-Play area will host a fully equipped hub dedicated to electric guitar, bass, amplification, effects, and music production, with ready-to-use workstations.

Eko Guitars: the evolution of a historic identity
Eko presents a selection of instruments that reflect the brand’s development path—offering a contemporary perspective while maintaining a strong connection to its heritage.
At the Guitar Show, visitors will have the opportunity to test instruments designed for different contexts, with a particular focus on playability and versatility, increasingly central elements for today’s musicians.
Lag Guitars: distinctive design and smart innovation
Lag’s catalog spans a wide range of instruments, including acoustic, classical, travel guitars, ukuleles, mini guitars, and the latest smart guitars.
The HyVibe and BlueWave series introduce an advanced approach through integrated technology, while the Tramontane (70, 88, 98, 118) and Sauvage lines offer differentiated solutions in terms of price range and tonal character. Distinctive aesthetic elements—such as the headstock inspired by French rooftops, the oval rosette, and dark finishes—make these instruments immediately recognizable, even on stage.

C.F. Martin, Dunlop, MXR and Way Huge: from acoustic listening to sound shaping
For over a century and a half, C.F. Martin has been a benchmark in acoustic guitar manufacturing, maintaining a balance between innovation and identity across six generations. At the Guitar Show, visitors will be able to try a selection ranging from Little Martin models to the Junior, X, and Road series, up to the Standard line with the iconic 18 and 28, as well as signature models associated with artists such as John Mayer and Eric Clapton.
Alongside the instrument-focused experience, Dunlop and its brands MXR and Way Huge shift the attention to everything that defines and shapes sound in detail. From Tortex picks to the iconic Cry Baby wah pedals, as well as MXR effects and boutique Way Huge solutions, visitors will be able to test a wide range of products that directly impact musical expression.

VOX: iconic amplification and new solutions
Founded in 1957, VOX is one of the brands that has most significantly shaped the sound of the electric guitar. Amplifiers such as the AC15 and AC30 have become true standards over time, recognized for their character and response.
At Guitar Show 2026, VOX will present a lineup that combines these historic references with more recent solutions: from AC Handwired models to MV mini heads and SuperBeetle, as well as VTX modeling amplifiers and portable Mini GO units. The offering is completed by the Valvenergy pedal series, along with new proposals focused on fuzz, boost, and dynamic control, designed to integrate seamlessly into modern setups.

Rickenbacker: sonic identity and recognizable design
Rickenbacker represents a precise vision of the electric instrument, where aesthetics and sound are closely intertwined. Its guitars and basses stand out for elegant lines, handcrafted construction, and a bright, defined tone that has become a recognizable sonic signature over time.
At the show, visitors will be able to try models such as the 4003 JetGlo bass and the 360 FireGlo guitar—clear examples of a production that has maintained strong stylistic and sonic consistency.

Gibson Accessories: everything that completes the instrument
Alongside instruments, Gibson Accessories offers a comprehensive range of products designed to support every stage of the musical experience: cables, straps, strings, maintenance products, cases, and lifestyle items.
A presence that allows visitors to explore those elements which, while often in the background, contribute concretely to the quality of everyday use.

Hiwatt, WEM and Park: amplification and the history of rock
Three brands that have helped define the sound of rock return with a selection of amplifiers and cabinets available for direct testing.
Hiwatt stands out for its clarity and definition even at high volumes, WEM for its historic cabinets linked to the British scene, and Park for reintroducing classic circuits originally developed by Jim Marshall. An opportunity to experience sounds that have shaped decades of music.

Ashdown, Aguilar and Spector: the world of bass between tradition and innovation
Founded in 1997, Ashdown has become a global reference in bass amplification thanks to solutions such as the ABM series, appreciated for power, reliability, and distinctive tone.
Aguilar, based in New York, is known for an engineering-driven approach focused on absolute quality: heads, cabinets, pedals, and pickups designed by bassists for bassists, now widely used on stages and in studios worldwide.
Spector completes the picture with a production that, since 1976, combines iconic design and strong sonic identity. From handcrafted USA series to European and international lines, each instrument maintains consistency in design, ergonomics, and build quality.

Sterling by Music Man and Music Man: shared design and signature models
Sterling by Music Man was created to make instruments inspired by Music Man models more accessible, while maintaining their design and construction philosophy. The project traces its roots back to the development of the first StingRay basses and the introduction of active electronics—key milestones in the evolution of electric instruments.
Alongside this, Music Man remains one of the most influential brands in the electric guitar and bass landscape, thanks in part to direct collaborations with artists such as John Petrucci, Steve Lukather, and Steve Morse. This synergy results in instruments designed to meet real performance needs, as seen in signature models such as JP, Majesty, and Luke.
At the Guitar Show, visitors will be able to test 4- and 5-string basses from the Standard and SUB series, as well as StingRay family models—including the StingRay Special—and guitars such as JP, Luke, and Cutlass.

Ernie Ball: strings and accessories as part of the sound
Since 1962, Ernie Ball has been a reference point in the production of strings and accessories for guitar and bass. Its global recognition is also linked to artists such as Paul McCartney, Keith Richards, Slash, and Jimmy Page, who have helped define its sonic identity.
At the Guitar Show, a complete range of accessories will be available—from signature strings to Jacquard, Comfort, and Premium straps, as well as Braided and Flex cables—elements that directly influence both performance and user experience.

Kernom: the concept of “augmented analog”
Among the more recent proposals, Kernom introduces a hybrid approach that combines analog circuitry with digital control.
The Ridge Overdrive, Moho Fuzz, and Elipse Modulation pedals allow real-time modification of circuit behavior, offering a continuous tonal range through the “Mood” control. A system that expands expressive possibilities without losing the characteristic response of analog.

Recording and production: tools for creating and listening
Two stations will be dedicated to recording, featuring Focal, Arturia, Focusrite, and Novation.
Arturia offers a complete ecosystem of synthesizers, controllers, and audio interfaces designed to integrate hardware and software into a seamless creative workflow.
Focal represents a benchmark in professional listening, with monitors and headphones developed for maximum sonic accuracy.
Focusrite brings its long-standing engineering expertise in recording solutions, widely used in leading studios.
Novation completes the setup with synthesizers and MIDI controllers designed for seamless integration with major DAWs, offering versatile tools for both production and performance.
Demos and artists: when instruments come to life on stage
Algam Eko’s presence at Guitar Show 2026 will be accompanied by a series of live events designed to experience the instruments in their most natural context: performance.
Among the highlights is the Massimo Varini Trio, featuring Massimo Varini (guitar), Andrea Rosatelli (bass), and Valter Sacripanti (drums). A project that blends composition and improvisation in a continuous dialogue between instruments, creating a dynamic and evolving sound.
Alongside the trio, guitarist Nazzareno Zacconi will also be present, offering demos that provide a direct insight into the relationship between musician and instrument, showing how every tonal choice translates into a precise musical gesture.
Two different but complementary approaches that allow visitors to experience the instruments in a concrete and real dimension.
