Rathbone Guitars was born in the heart of London in 1900, with its history beginning when Barnes & Mullins moved to Rathbone Place, marking the start of a new era for music in the United Kingdom. Initially specializing in banjos and mandolins, they soon turned their attention to creating folk acoustic guitars, which later became essential in orchestras and dance bands.
