National Guitars

National Reso-Phonic Guitars, established in 1989 by Don Young and McGregor Gaines in Southern California, specializes in resonator guitars and other resonator instruments. Based in San Luis Obispo, California, since 1990, the company produces over 600 instruments annually, offering a diverse range of models including Scheerhorn guitars. Owned by President/CEO Jason Workman, they also provide repair and restoration services for vintage National instruments. Their product line includes tricone, biscuit, and inverted cone designs, along with small parts for other guitar and ukulele makers in North America.
