Antonio Orrico is a guitarist, composer, and educator with an international background. He began his studies with renowned jazz teachers in Calabria, then pursued arranging at Berklee College of Music. In 1998, he moved to South Africa, where he spent over a decade working as a session player and TV composer, creating music for widely broadcast commercials and shows, and collaborating with major brands like McDonald’s, Knorr, and KPMG, as well as multi-platinum African artists. In 2010, he launched lezionidichitarra.it, the first Italian-language online guitar school, which has become a go-to resource for thousands of guitar enthusiasts. Alongside his educational work, he continues to perform as a jazz/blues guitarist, with three albums and numerous singles to his name, and multiple #1 positions on the iTunes jazz charts across Europe and South America. He currently lives and works in Saronno, Italy, balancing teaching, music production, and new creative projects.
