EXHIBITION SOLUTIONS
Exhibition solutions are available starting from the classic table, pre-set booths, or custom options based on the requested space.
INSTRUMENT TESTING BY THE PUBLIC
Electrified instrument tests by the public are only allowed in the QUIET and PLAY areas.
Specific rules on allowed volume levels:
- QUIET PLAY AREA – Halls 31 & 32 – In these halls, amplified testing of instruments is permitted at low and controlled volume. Headphone testing is encouraged as a complementary option to amplified testing. Please read the Sound Policy carefully.
- SILENT AREA – Hall 33 – No amplified or electrified testing is allowed. Sound-isolated testing booths and areas will be available. Acoustic instrument testing is always permitted, as well as headphone-based testing.
VINTAGE GUITAR SHOW
The Vintage Show is the area of the Guitar Show entirely dedicated to vintage guitars and to the history of instruments from the “Golden Era”.
The section, curated by Vintage Authority—event partner for three years and a leading reference in Italy—offers a journey built around original instruments from the 1950s to the mid-1970s.

ARTIST PERFORMANCES AT THE STAND
Artist performances at the stand are only allowed with headphones in the Play and Quiet areas, and in some cases in the Silent area. Upon request, Guitar Show provides a system of 25 wireless headphones that can be rented along with the chosen exhibition spaces. Any performance at the stand must be agreed upon with the organizers.
The general rules for hosting performances at the stand are as follows:
- A minimum exhibition space of 16sqm is required;
- A headphone listening system must be available for the public (if needed, the 25 wireless headphone system provided by the organizers can be rented at a cost of €349 + VAT);
- The use of audio diffusion systems is prohibited;
- The use of acoustic percussion instruments is prohibited (electronic drums and cajons are allowed);
Performances in Tables solutions are always prohibited.
