Padua exhibition area - The Land of VENICE, March 7th-8th 2020

The fourth edition of the Guitar Show Italy will take place on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th March 2020.

There will be several innovation, in particular the new location, even wider in the city’s exhibition center with better services, parking and logistics.

Padua is the most suitable city to increase the prestige of this event. Located in one of the most densely populated urban areas of Italy, it represents an important music center thanks to the presence of a lots events, clubs, festivals and active and qualified musicians.

Moreover, Padua is the reference congress centre of Venice and of the whole Italian Northeast , thanks to its strategic position. The Fair is only a 5-minutes walk from the high-speed railway station with direct connections to Europe. Venice, Treviso and Verona airports  can be reached in less than an hour.

THE NEW SPACES
LA FIERA DI PADOVA

The incredible success of the Guitar Show, which has tripled its numbers between the first and third edition, moves to the Padua Fair. It is one of the first exhibition areas in Italy for its dimensions and for events number and it allows to quadruple the spaces compared to the previous Guitar Show editions. It means more space for exhibitors and visitors, more services and optimized logistics. In the photo above the new congress centre that we expect to have  from the 2021 edition.

LOGISTICS

Logistics, comfort and services are essential features for a quality event. Access to the exhibition halls is easy and direct. Padua offers large public car parks, hotels and restaurants close to the exhibition centre. The high-speed railway station is a 5-minute walk from.

EXHIBITION SOLUTIONS

There will be four large, volume-controlled halls equipped for every need. The 2020 edition surface area quadruples compared to the 2019 edition. From this edition it will be possible to have traditional exhibition booth  in addition to the classic proposals such as the single table. In the photo above, an example of the setting up created during the Guitar Party at the Padua trade fair. This is an example of the 2020 Guitar Show spaces.

ACOUSTIC QUALITY

All the halls have 7000 square meters of carpeting and are covered with  4000 square meters of acoustic panels. Noise diffusion is reduced between the various halls, which remain open to allow visitors to move around better.

MAPS AND EXHIBITION SPACES

The 2020 Guitar Show at the Padua exhibition area is divided into four large halls, one of which is dedicated exclusively to events. The exhibition areas are organized according to the kind of product to exhibit and to the possibility to test the amplified instruments by  the booth. All the halls have 7000 square meters of carpeting and are covered with 4000 square meters of acoustic panels. Noise diffusion is reduced between the various halls, which remain open to allow visitors to move around better. 

Amplified tests are allowed at low volume in some halls dedicated to. In order to satisfy the different needs, we have introduced acoustically insulated pre-assembled boxes which allow testing at higher volumes. The boxes are made of an aluminium frame and sound absorbing materials, allowing to reduce the acoustic emission. However, they are partially insulated areas. The acoustic boxes are available in different sizes, from 1×3 to 4×4.

Despite an extra day of event and a better location we have maintained the same price for exhibitors. In fact, the basic cost for the standard solution, table plus two chairs, remains unchanged at €249 + VAT.

The exhibition solutions are different and suitable for every need. The Guitar Show has open areas organized by the Halls and offers the possibility to test your instruments at moderate volumes, equipping your booth with acoustic boxes able to dampen the noise.

The acoustic boxes represent the greatest innovation of this edition. They are made with lightweight aluminium frames padded with sound absorbing materials and covered with fabric. The boxes are accessed through a velvet sound absorption curtain.

The logistics is managed by LOGES Srl

It provides for the storage of incoming material, its custody until the day of set-up, delivery and collection from the exhibitor’s booth.

ON-STAGE DEMOS

Guitar Show has stages for product demos provided with drum kit and amplifiers for guitar and bass.

Demos last 20 minutes eachwith a maximum of one per exhibitor (until all the slots are takento which should be added 510 minutes for setting up and 510 for clearing the stageBoth stages come complete with PAlightsmicrophonesstandscablessound engineer and backliners.

All the exhibitors who have sent an entry form with evidence of payment may ask to use them until all the slots have been takenTo make a requestonce registration has been completed and the full fee for the stand has been paidit is sufficient to send a mail to eventi@guitarshow.itWe will answer you asap confirming that your request has been received.
