On Sunday 10 March 2019, the Italian event dedicated to the world of guitars returns to Padua at the prestigious Four Points by Sheraton conference centre. An unmissable event in one of most densely populated urban areas in Italy, at the centre of a music system which in recent years has elevated this territory to the highest levels of activity when it comes to live music, both for the presence of events, venues, and festivals, and for the presence of seasoned working musicians.

MAPS AND EXHIBITION SPACES
Below is a new map of the rooms and spaces for the 2019 edition. On the ground floor are four large halls for makers, accessories, stores, magazines, associations, and music schools. Two of these are strictly “quiet”; in these rooms it will not be possible to use amplifiers. However, a “test space”equipped with amplifiers of every kind will also be available in these rooms to let members of the public try instruments out without disturbing the other exhibitors.
The other two host stands with volume limitation. In these areas it will be possible to exhibit instruments and let people try them through small amplifiers at moderate volume levels.
For producers of amplifiers and effects, 38 soundproofed rooms are available that can be reserved on an exclusive basis, 8 on the ground floor and 30 on levels 1 and 2.
In these rooms you decide the volume for tests, and, in the larger premium rooms, you can also set up small independent demo stages.

A solution for every requirement
PRICES
As far as possible, we have striven to maintain the same accessible rates for the 2019 edition. There is now one fee for standard guitar makers’ stands but we have expanded and diversified the offering of Standard Rooms and Premium Rooms to be reserved on an exclusive basis. The former are now always available for booking but by popular demand it is again possible to share them with another exhibitor at the price of a standard stand in the hall. In a word, the exhibitors here will have a reserved space, customized to their own need, taste, and measure, either alone or in a partnership. The Premium Rooms are available at the same rates and conditions as last year.
All stands have a nearby power point to connect computers, monitors or other devices not intended for amplification, except for the rooms with volume limitation where it is possible to discreetly tryout electric instruments plugged into small amplifiers.
Both the Standard and Premium rooms come with a basic table for each exhibitor, two chairs, and a power point.

Useful Information
OPENING TIMES & LOGISTICS
Shipping by courier
For exhibitors wishing to send their material by courier, packages and pallets must reach the venue by and no later than 3pm on Thursday 7 March 2019 at the following address:

Shipment method and picking up of packages at the end of the event:
- indicate, both on the consignment note and on the packages, the EXHIBITOR’S NAME and the words “GUITAR SHOW, 10 March 2019”
- beforehand, send an email with a copy of the delivery note to info@guitarshow.it (in its absence we cannot guarantee that the package will be delivered to your stand)
- for the pick–up at the end of the event make sure the packages already include the consignment note duly filled in. The hotel will not accept liability for any parcels left without travel documents
- when the event is over, items must be picked up no later than Tuesday 12 March 2019. Otherwise the hotel will proceed to dispose of them.
For those wishing to demonstrate their products
ON-STAGE DEMOS
Guitar Show has two stages for product demos. One in a large dedicated room, ideal for noisy situations, provided with a drum kit and amplifiers for guitar and bass, one at the bar, with a setting that is decidedly more “club–like” and perfect for purely acoustic or jazz–oriented situations.
Demos last 20 minutes each, with a maximum of one per exhibitor (until all the slots are taken) to which should be added 5–10 minutes for setting up and 5–10 for clearing the stage. Both stages come complete with PA, lights, microphones, stands, cables, sound engineer and backliners.
All the exhibitors who have sent an entry form with evidence of payment may ask to use them until all the slots have been taken. To make a request, once registration has been completed and the full fee for the stand has been paid, it is sufficient to send a mail to eventi@guitarshow.it. We will answer you asap confirming that your request has been received.
IMPORTANT: demos should not be requested in the margin of emails regarding various questions, but only by sending a specific mail to eventi@guitarshow.it with an optional indication of a preferred time (we will do the best we can), the type of event proposed and who will be playing on stage. Only requests relating to stands that have been paid for in full and whose paperwork is in order will be taken into consideration.
Adverts and visibility in the event catalogue
CATALOGUE
We will create a catalogue for the event with articles, maps, and a list of exhibitors. It will be in a pocket–sized A6 format. Interested exhibitors can reserve different types of space to give visibility to their brands and products. Here is the list:
